Instead, we collaborate with licensed Nepalese recruitment agencies, who serve as our authorized partners in sourcing and introducing labor to the UK. A Message from Our Adviser

It was a great pleasure to speak in Kathmandu on two topics which are important to the future of Nepal, the development of ethical seasonal worker schemes and the development of high performance leadership in Nepalese organisations. Both have the potential to grow Nepal’s economy for the benefit of all. Within the development of seasonal worker schemes we discussed the value of restarting the seasonal worker scheme with the United Kingdom given the strong historic links between both countries and the value it would bring to both. Developing high performance leadership could potentially improve organisational performance by over 20% which would also bring significant value.
